Book Recommendations

I Enjoy reading and learning new things each day. Here is a list of some of the best books I have gotten the chance to read.

Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion
By: Robert Cialdini
Caldini does an amazing job describing the factors that make something persuasive. He provides lots of examples that make it easy to understand and see where these factors occur in everyday life. An eye opener to seeing how businesses persuade people into buying their products and services.
How to Win Friends & Influence People
By: Dale Carnegie
A timeless self-help book that I revisit every few months. Carnegie provides valuable insights on how to be more charismatic. Everybody should read this book at some point in their life.
The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich
By: Timothy Ferriss
The title of the book is (in a way) clickbait. However, this books still provides tons of amazing life advice. My favorite takeaway was learning how to delegate unimportant tasks and automate whatever I can to free my time and work on important tasks.
Talk Like TED: The 9 Public-Speaking Secret of the World's Top Minds
By: Carmine Gallo
My favorite book so far on developing public-speaking skills. Carmine provides practical tips that anyone can use in public speaking (as well as everyday communication).
Models
By: Mark Manson
My favorite book on dating and relationships. Manson provides lots of practical and useful advice. The central idea: needy men are unattractive.
Steal Like an Artist: 10 Things Nobody Told You About Being Creative
By: Austin Kleon
My go-to book for inspiring creativity. A short read that any creative would gain value from.
Principles
By: Ray Dalio
Dale provides lots of frameworks and mental models that he used to approach his life. Much more practical advice than most self-help books out there.
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant
By: Eric Jorgenson
My favorite book to-date (read several times). Naval presents many amazing mental models and frameworks with regards to happiness and wealth creation. This is a compilation of his best tweets, podcasts, etc.
